Getting technicians paid, faster

While at DMG the CPO tasked us with designing a Wallet feature for technicians to be paid directly without a traditional checking account. The idea behind this was benefiting the technician by allowing them to be paid faster, and gain points on the card that could be redeemed for money.

Due to the extremely short timeline my manager (Anna Willoughby) and I worked together to create the following wireframe to help jumpstart my creative process.

Final designs

With three days left, I set to work creating a fully fleshed out design that leadership could use to tell a compelling story. With fast paced design sessions, regular meetings with the leadership team in the early mornings, and intense creative processes, I came up with the following design that met all leadership needs and wants.

In order to give our leadership the best chance at conveying what they needed to communicate with outside organizations and partners, I created a prototype for them to use to demonstrate, guaranteeing that there was no confusion about the functionality.
